These Child Safety Standards apply to all users, profiles, messages, images, media, and other content or activity associated with Ruhmate.

Zero-Tolerance Policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Ruhmate strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form.

Users must not use Ruhmate to:

  • Sexually exploit, abuse, or endanger a child.
  • Groom, manipulate, or solicit a child for sexual purposes.
  • Produce, upload, request, possess, distribute, or share Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • Facilitate or promote the sexual exploitation or trafficking of children.
  • Engage in sexual communication or exchanges involving minors.
  • Attempt to arrange sexual activity involving a minor.
  • Encourage, facilitate, or participate in any other form of child sexual exploitation or abuse.

This prohibition applies regardless of whether the activity occurs through user profiles, profile photographs, private messages, images, videos, audio, links, or any other feature of the Ruhmate service.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users are encouraged to report suspected CSAE, CSAM, or other child-safety concerns immediately.

Reports can be submitted through the in-app reporting mechanism or by contacting our Child Safety Point of Contact:

When submitting a report, users should provide as much relevant information as possible, including the username/profile involved and a description of the concern.

In-App Reporting and Blocking

Report categories may include:

  • Harassment
  • Sexual content
  • Suspected minor
  • Child sexual exploitation
  • Inappropriate behavior
  • Spam or scam
  • Other safety concerns

Users may also use the available blocking functionality to prevent further interaction with another user.

Action Against Violations

When Ruhmate becomes aware of activity or content that may violate these Child Safety Standards, we will take appropriate action based on the circumstances and applicable requirements.

Actions may include:

  • Removing prohibited content.
  • Restricting or disabling access to content or functionality.
  • Suspending or terminating the responsible account.
  • Preserving relevant information where legally appropriate.

Ruhmate does not permit its services to be used to create, upload, request, distribute, possess, or facilitate CSAM.

Age and Child Safety

Ruhmate is intended for users who meet the minimum age requirements applicable to the service.

Users must not misrepresent their age or use the service to facilitate interactions involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.

Ruhmate takes reasonable measures to promote child safety and prevent the service from being used for CSAE or CSAM.

Prohibited Sexual Conduct Involving Minors

Any sexual interaction, solicitation, grooming, exploitation, or arrangement involving a minor is strictly prohibited.

This includes attempts to move such activity to another platform, exchange contact information for exploitative purposes, request sexual images from a minor, or otherwise facilitate sexual exploitation.

Cooperation With Authorities

Ruhmate will cooperate with appropriate authorities and comply with applicable legal requirements concerning child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Where legally required, Ruhmate may preserve relevant information and report suspected or confirmed CSAM or other child sexual exploitation to the appropriate authorities.

Enforcement

Violations of these standards may result in immediate removal of content, restriction of functionality, suspension, or permanent termination of the user’s account.

Ruhmate may take action even where conduct occurs outside a specific feature of the application if it is directly connected to the use of Ruhmate or creates a child-safety risk.
