Welcome to Ruhmate. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ruhmate mobile application, website, and related services (“Service”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using Ruhmate, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About Ruhmate

Ruhmate is a Muslim-focused marriage and matchmaking platform designed to help users find serious, respectful, and compatible marriage connections.

Ruhmate is intended for individuals seeking genuine matrimonial relationships and not casual dating or inappropriate interactions.

2. Eligibility

By using Ruhmate, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are legally allowed to enter into agreements under applicable laws.
  • You are using the Service for lawful matrimonial purposes only.
  • All information provided by you is accurate and truthful.
  • You are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of Ruhmate, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and updated information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account.

Ruhmate may verify profiles through phone number verification, email verification, photo verification, or manual review.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Share explicit, offensive, hateful, or unlawful content.
  • Use fake photos or impersonate another person.
  • Request money or conduct scams/fraudulent activity.
  • Promote escort services, prostitution, or casual hookups.
  • Share another person’s private information without consent.
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated systems.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.

Ruhmate reserves the right to investigate and remove any content or account that violates these Terms.

5. Marriage-Focused Platform

Ruhmate is designed for serious matrimonial intentions only.

Users acknowledge that:

  • Ruhmate does not guarantee marriage, compatibility, or successful matches.
  • Ruhmate is not responsible for user behavior outside the platform.
  • Users should independently verify identities and exercise caution when meeting others.

6. Privacy

Your use of Ruhmate is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you consent to:

7. Subscriptions & Premium Features

Ruhmate may offer paid subscriptions and premium features through:

  • Profile boosts

8. Apple App Store Subscription Terms

If you subscribe through Apple:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings.
  • Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

9. Google Play Subscription Terms

If you subscribe through Google Play:

  • Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You may manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play account settings.
  • Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel subscriptions.
  • Refunds are subject to Google Play policies.

10. Free Trials

Ruhmate may offer free trials for premium services.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or terminate trial offers at any time.
  • Limit eligibility for free trials.
  • Charge subscription fees after the trial period ends unless canceled before renewal.

11. Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law:

  • Subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
  • Partial billing periods are not refunded.
  • Refund requests processed through Apple or Google must follow their respective platform policies.

12. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of content they upload, including:

  • Photos
  • Bios
  • Messages
  • Preferences

By uploading content, you grant Ruhmate a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and process the content for operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

13. Moderation & Safety

Ruhmate may:

  • Review profiles and content.
  • Remove inappropriate content.
  • Suspend or ban accounts violating guidelines.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

We reserve full discretion regarding moderation decisions.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • Your behavior harms other users or the platform.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

You may stop using Ruhmate at any time by deleting your account.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ruhmate is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability of the Service.
  • Match success or compatibility.
  • Accuracy of user information.
  • Error-free operation.

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruhmate and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Emotional distress
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of opportunities
  • User interactions or offline meetings

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Ruhmate during the previous 12 months.

17. Intellectual Property

All Ruhmate branding, software, logos, designs, and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy the platform
  • Reproduce features
  • Use Ruhmate branding without written permission

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

We will notify users of material changes through:

  • Email
  • Website updates

Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

20. End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Ruhmate regarding your use of the Ruhmate application, software, website, and related services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Ruhmate, you agree to this EULA.

20.1 License Grant

Ruhmate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download and use the app on compatible devices;
  • Access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial matrimonial purposes only;
  • Use the app in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

This license does not transfer ownership of the app or any intellectual property rights.

20.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce the app;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
  • Sell, sublicense, lease, or commercially exploit the app;

Any unauthorized use may result in termination of your license and legal action.

20.3 App Store Compliance

If you downloaded Ruhmate from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

  • This EULA is between you and Ruhmate, not Apple.
  • Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
  • In the event of app failure, you may notify Apple for any applicable refund under Apple policies.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

20.4 Google Play Compliance

If you downloaded Ruhmate through Google Play:

  • Your use of the app must comply with Google Play policies and terms.
  • Google is not responsible for support or maintenance of the app.
  • Refunds and billing matters are handled according to Google Play policies.

20.5 Updates & Changes

Ruhmate may release updates, bug fixes, enhancements, or new features at any time.

You acknowledge that:

  • Updates may be automatically installed;
  • Certain features may change or be removed;
  • Continued use after updates means acceptance of those changes.

20.6 Suspension & Termination

This license may be suspended or terminated immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms or the EULA;
  • You misuse the platform;
  • Fraudulent or harmful activity is detected.

Upon termination:

  • Your rights under this EULA immediately end;
  • You must stop using the app;
  • Ruhmate may delete or deactivate your account.

20.7 Disclaimer

The app is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

Ruhmate does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted availability;
  • Error-free functionality;
  • Successful matches or relationships;
  • Compatibility with all devices.

Use of the app is at your own risk.

20.8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruhmate shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages;
  • Loss of data or profits;
  • Emotional distress;
  • User disputes or offline interactions;
  • Unauthorized access to accounts.

20.9 Export & Legal Compliance

You agree not to use or export the app in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.

You also confirm that:

  • You are not located in a prohibited country;
  • You are not listed on any government restriction list where prohibited by law.
